Incline Bench Press: You Should Do More Of It! Incline bench is a great way to build a more muscular-looking chest and to square it off. If you want to increase your bench or get a square chest it's a good way to start. I think a lot of people spend too much time on just straight flat bench. Definitely worth trying if you're looking to gain muscle and get a bigger chest. Takes a little while, but it may be a good idea for you to do more incline bench. Consult your physician before trying anything seen in this video. My workout tips might not be right for everyone.
