What's up team! Today I have a super quick & intense home bodyweight chest & tricep workout that you can perform anywhere to help you build incredible strength & lean muscle mass!
I love to perform bodyweight movements in my workout routine because of the ability to target more than one muscle group throughout each movement! For example in the Chinese push up that is shown in this video, your not only interlocking the shoulders but also the chest,triceps, upper back & even your core therefore having the ability to create an overall functional, athletic & proportional physique!
I want you to perform each exercise until failure (until you physically can't perform another rep) then I wan't you to write down how many reps you get for each exercise & then perform the next exercise immediately! This gives you the ability to look back in the following week at this workout & know what you need to do to beat it, therefore allowing you to make constant progression!
Take a 1 minute rest after all 6 exercises are completed & then complete another 3 rounds
- Decline Push Ups
- Wide Grip Push Up
- Archer Push Up
- Chinese Push Up
- Diamond Push Up
- Close Hand Push Up
